The Story BehindRodrigo’s Craft Pizza

Handmade, Long-Fermented, & Family-Owned

Rodrigo’s Craft Pizza was born from a love of great food, family, and a little bit of fate in 2024. What started as a simple obsession with making better bread during the height of COVID in New York quickly evolved into something bigger—a passion for creating the kind of pizza we wanted to eat every day.

 

After relocating with the family to Jacksonville, we found a home in the Riverside community, where we’ve been welcomed with open arms. At Rodrigo’s, everything we make is an extension of our home kitchen. We use traditional techniques, including a 72-hour biga fermentation, to craft pizzas that are not just delicious but also light, flavorful, and easy to digest.

 

For us, quality isn’t just a goal—it’s personal. It’s the food our children eat every day, the meals we share with friends, and the experience we want to bring to every customer who walks through our doors. From our family to yours, welcome to Rodrigo’s.
